Ive managed all types of events from birthdays, weddings to corporate events and private cocktail parties as well as setting up and managing larger scale venues and smaller outlets.
Constantly educating myself in the art of bartending, Ive studied and trained and have obtained my WSET Lvl 1 & 2 (currently studying for my Lvl3) in spirits and wines, Cocktail trained at the London Bar School, Greeneking Cellar Management and Heineken Perfect Pint trained, Personal License Holder, SIA trained in conflict management and food hygiene trained.
